Walking Duck is the brainchild of three individuals who saw a need for a more accessible and flexible choice in high-quality video production. With more than 30 years of combined experience, they excel at transforming your raw, unfiltered content into multi-channel video, ready for your marketing needs.

Our team

Paul is focused on telling compelling stories, garnering on-message media coverage, and supplying sound strategic counsel to companies and organizations all over the world. Paul has more than 30 years of experience in journalism, public relations, and video production. At Walking Duck Paul is a video producer who has produced nearly 100 episodes of Mark Halperin’s Focus Group, The Embargoed podcast, and The Upright Uptake. Paul is also the founder of Upright Position Communications.
Paul holds a degree in Broadcast Journalism from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.

Audra is the Chief of Operations at Walking Duck, overseeing HR, finance, and technology infrastructure. She is also one of Walking Duck’s video producers. Audra’s vast experience includes roles as senior consultant and information systems designer for enterprise-level non-profit organizations such as Livestrong Foundation, Boys & Girls Clubs of America, JDRF (Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation) and San Francisco AIDS Foundation. Audra is passionate about the intersection of communication and data, both of which are central to the operations of any successful organization.
Audra has a BA in Cognitive Science from University of California, Berkeley.

Journalist Mark Halperin has covered every American national election since 1988. He currently writes the “Wide World of News” daily tip sheet and is a featured political analyst on Newsmax TV and the The Michael Smerconish Program on SiriusXM.
In his journalism career he has also been the creator, executive producer, and co-host of Showtime’s political documentary series The Circus; senior political analyst for NBC News and MSNBC; managing editor of Bloomberg Politics; co-host of Bloomberg TV and MSNBC’s With All Due Respect; editor-at-large and senior political analyst for TIME magazine; and the political director of ABC News.
Mark received his BA from Harvard University.
